In January, Miike Snow announced a string of US dates to support their forthcoming album Happy to You (iTunes exclusive out Today, actual release 3/27 on Downtown/Universal Republic) including two dates at this years sold out Coachella Festival. For those eagerly waiting to see Miike Snow perform their new show in a more intimate setting, the band is excited to announce two additional LA shows at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles on April 17th and 18th, falling between the two festival weekends. The 700 capacity venue will make for a exciting evening with the band along with support from The Big Pink and Wolfgang. Tickets will go on sale March 16th at 10am PST.

Andrew Wyatt of Miike Snow has also been busy on his own with a collaboration with Grammy-winning producer Mark Ronson on a production for the prestigious Royal Ballet in London, along with fashion designer Gareth Pugh and choreographer Wayne McGregor. The combination of talent and art is sure to produce wildly imaginative material that will feature a number of artists singing Wyatt and Ronson’s songs, with members of the Royal Ballet performing with them onstage.
