Famed German DJ/producer, Boys Noize (also known as Alexander Ridha), recently released a track from his highly anticipated third album Out of the Black (due to be released Oct. 2). The song, “XTC,” has synth waves that run up and down the scale, and the hypnotic robotic repitition of the lyrics “XTC, one for me” is foot-tap/head-nod inducing electronic dance music at its best. Dance to it. Exercise to it. The popping bass and persistent beat are a challenge to get out of the head.
