Alan Wake 2 Rumor Confirmed for XBOX Live

There are times in my gaming life when I am more than happy I own a multitude of consoles. This is one of them. We can expect the second Alan Wake game to arrive exclusively to the xbox 360′s marketplace. I couldn’t be more thrilled to know I can partake in this release.
Described as a psychological thriller, Alan Wake appeared in early May 2010. Like many, I had waited anxiously for this title to appear on store shelves. Having known the time and care taken to create this intellectual mind bender, I was excited to travel vicariously through his story. Alan Wake was his own personal hero, finding pages one by one of a fictional story that ultimately foretold his future and provided direction of where he was to go in a dream like life to unravel the mystery of his plight.
Yesterday via his twitter feed, Major Nelson described this new installment as a “…fully stand alone experience.” Here’s to hoping for greatness as this download will be solely digital. One can only dream of epicness as we take our protagonist into another disturbing adventure.
