AMY To Be Released On Both PlayStation®Network and XBOX Live®
Thanks to a partnership with NAMCO BANDAI, Lexis Numérique and VectorCell are proud to announce that their latest international thriller, AMY, will be available for the PlayStation®Network as well as on XBOX Live®.
From the website: “The game takes place in December 2034 when the global warming has taken effect, spreading diseases and natural disasters around the world. The small town of Silver City (Midwest, USA) has been directly affected by a comet that has come crashing down. When Lana regains consciousness, everything around her is just mayhem. Violent outbursts, fury, rage, wreckage and death: the world she knew seems to have torn to Hell. As if struck by a mysterious virus, most of the ones she knew have now become part of a wild horde. Despite her wounds, she knows she must run as far as possible to escape this nightmare: the viral process has begun inside her but she refuses to become one of them. The presence of Amy, an enigmatic eight-year-old autistic girl with strange powers, who seems defenseless, will force her to make choices that will change both their lives. Infected humans, grisly creatures, Special Forces and even other survivors: they will have to trust and help each other to escape their pursuers in their attempt to survive.”
A dynamic team is formed between Lana and Amy in this survival horror game from the mind of Paul Cuisset (the creator of Flashback and Motor Racer). Players not only have to keep Amy safe by guidance and hiding her, but are also able to utilize Amy’s unique powers. Straying away from Amy makes you prone to the virus, so keeping her nearby will be your advantage. Players need to hone in their virtue of patience with this game, stealth tactics are a must, and crucial decisions like infecting yourself to get past the infected might be the route you need to take. Like a true child, Amy needs to be directed in every aspect even down to when to use specific talents. Do you have what it takes to protect AMY?
