Resident Evil 6 Gets a November Release Date
According to the trailer below, anyone is at risk of becoming infected…Even the president. Set in the very near future of 2013 (and according to the linear Resident Evil timeline, ten years after the fall of Raccoon City), the world is in the midst of a gnarly bio-terrorist attack. As Leon Kennedy, you have been called to the President’s side where he is on the verge of confessing his part in this whole catastrophe, but he never gets a chance. You must make a decision: Do you kill the mutated President of the United States?
As you can see from the gameplay in the trailer, you team up with Chris Redfiled and two brand new characters as you travel around the globe to end the terror.
Will Resident Evil 6 follow in the footsteps of Resident Evil 5, with co-op and offline multi-playing will made available? A lot of rumors circled the internet when the Xbox Live Marketplace originally led on to details of the above being attributing to this title. As of today, that information has all been removed.
Resident Evil 6 is set to release November 20, 2012 for Xbox 360 and PS3. A demo has been promised, however no word yet on when that will be available.
