There is a city protected from evil ghosts by two fallen angels. While this might sound great, those two angels have both been kicked out of heaven, and the only reason they are trying to defeat these ghosts is to get back into heaven. On top of this, neither of them really care for any of the people in the city.

Imagine, if you will, a world where everything is powered by Quartz. In this world, all humans have the ability to manipulate Quartz with their mind. Everything from toys, to vehicles, to the giant Mecha used for warfare are powered by and made from Quartz. Now, imagine being someone that cannot control Quartz.
